  • Payments for Arizona Sun Golf Vacations are processed through PayPal™. Payments can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMERICAN EXPRESS) or by using your PayPal account.

 

  • If booking is cancelled before 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date, client will receive a full refund less a 12% administration fee.
  • If booking is cancelled between 4 & 9 days of scheduled arrival date, client will receive a refund of 50% of amount paid.
  • If booking is cancelled 3 days or less from scheduled arrival date, client will forfeit entire deposit paid.

NOTE: If booking is cancelled 9 days or less from scheduled arrival date, payments received may be applied towards a future booking (less 12% administration fee). If second booking is cancelled, no monies will be refunded or applied to a future booking. Administration fee is based on total cost of your itinerary request.
