  • Payments for Arizona Sun Golf Vacations are processed through PayPal™. Payments can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMERICAN EXPRESS) or by using your PayPal account.

 

  • If booking is cancelled before 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, client will receive a full refund less an 8% administration fee.
  • If booking is cancelled between 4 & 6 days of scheduled arrival date, client will receive a refund of 50% of amount paid.
  • If booking is cancelled 3 days or less from scheduled arrival date, client will forfeit entire deposit paid.

NOTE: If booking is cancelled 6 days or less from scheduled date of arrival, deposit may be applied towards a future booking provided you notify Arizona Sun Golf Vacations within 30 days of cancellation date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
